Updated review: I came back and gave it a second try and I was much more happy and satisfied this time around. I want to say thank you to Buddy for going out of his way to change my experience for the better He was very patient and accommodating. I recently had my car washed, and while I’m a bit of a perfectionist, I understand that I can’t expect others to meet my high standards. Despite the $40 price tag, I had minimal expectations, and overall, the service was satisfactory. I keep my car spotless so this should have been a very easy clean for them. The wash was quick, but the quality was lacking. My seats were left untouched, and the same dust and oil marks that were there before the wash was still present on my leather. The center console appeared to have been completely ignored. On the positive side, the exterior of the car was done well. However, I’ll need to go back and clean the interior myself, as it didn’t meet my expectations. At least, I saved myself the time and effort of washing the outside, and I guess now the inside will require less as well.

After nearly 20 years of visiting Soft Touch Car Wash, they are still my number one choice in Fort Myers. Their consistency and quality are unmatched. The customer service is exceptional, with a team that is consistently friendly and takes genuine pride in their work. I particularly appreciate their range of service levels, from a quick, efficient exterior wash when I'm in a hurry to a thorough, detailed full-service clean when I have more time. For the quality of the clean you receive, they offer excellent value. My vehicle always looks fantastic when I leave. This level of reliable, personalized care is why I've been a loyal customer for so long. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier car wash in Southwest Florida!
